Responsive Design

Has anyone read this?: Adactio: Journal—Context

From an interaction/service design perspective its incredibly interesting, especially when you consider the mobile representation of a service. It could also change the way you should think about porting services (if you do that sort of thing) Especially when recommending a concept for an app or a way of doing things to a client.

Not having certain features on a mobile app is annoying sometimes, but doesn’t matter at other times. So what should we do? always try to cram as much of the original web service in? or just filter out all the crap and create a lighter, mobile specific service?
