I just wanted to share a link about the importance of mapping controls in a good way. I think most interaction designers know this principle, as this is basic knowledge. And although it is basic knowledge it is astonishing to see how many products (read designers!) get it wrong. Link:

I saw that post a while back…yeah its certainly good to know but it is taken out of Don normans book ‘Design of everyday things’ I think the book universal principles of design has it in there too.
