I read this article on the Guardian’s web site today about this smart user feedback site for Windows Vista…created not by M$ but by an enthusiastic user.

What a great idea & web site, I wish Pro/E had such a simple system for user feedback.
That’s great–every company should have something like this! Even better, it should be built right into the product. Imagine being able to right click on anything in the UI and get a contextual menu item that says “provide feedback on this.”
yeah that would be sweet. Most users are quite critical of the software they use…well professionals certainly since they use it day in day out.
