OpenMoko's Neo1973

With Google’s ANDROID coming out soon I wonder what the future of the iPhone and mobile phones will be all together. Then I came across this Neo1973 by OpenMoko. The Neo1973 is a free and open-source platform that could run on a smartphone. Basically the phone is sold to the user unlocked so the user can set it up on any network of their choice and add whatever programs/plugins to the phone they choose to customize it how ever they want. The phone doesn’t have Wi-Fi or a camera as of right now, which may be a deal breaker to some and not to others. All in all, the user interaction offered on the Neo1973 may steal some major brand (Apple) business.
