Not a physical product per se, but I spent a bit of last year combining front end chart libraries with a scifi UI scheme, you can check the live example/code source in the links if you want to use them for your projects:
You can change the line color scheme on this one, the perception of the red one is very satisfying.

This one does nothing but look pretty and scales according to your device, but it's amazing you can do something like this driving real data in a cinch.

This one is closer to a real product/app and was a bit of a graduation from lot of newer technologies, coercing google's material design( which I love/hate) into looking sci-fi while providing real stock quote information.

My take on the overall scheme is that it is an implementation of low light military control rooms like in submarines which early scifi movies emulated, here's a good explanation:
Why are submarine operating rooms kept dark? tldr; faint red on a dark background has the lowest impact on night vision.
