Aside from CAD, I’m sure it would meet all your Creative Suite needs. It has the same specs as my 3 y/o Macbook and I run AI, PS, Safari with 12 tabs, and iTunes all at the same time.
If you need CAD, though, I’d go for a MacBook Pro or a PC Laptop.
