Tiny Digital Camera

Anyone know of a tiny digital camera?

My wife is looking to run the NYC Marathon in November and is hoping to do a little bit of documentation of her experience. That said, she isn’t too keen on carrying around our Canon Elph Digital. So, that should give you some reference to what I consider to be tiny.
