Doe anyone have a source for a digital mockup for a Vintage Style Running or Cross Training shoe? Something along the lines of a Nike Cortez? Thanks for any help!

I've been using this last 3d model for shoe sketching , check the doodling thread for a recent example...

You can also get real vintage lasts for fairly cheap on Ebay/Etsy and then make a 3d Model out of them.

I'm actually just looking for a 2d mockup to throw some branding at. Does anyone have something like that?
