Does anyone in the softgoods world know of any resources in the Chicago area or driving distance that might be a good place to source textile samples that would be used for outdoor/work wear goods.
I’m beginning some initial research on my next school project which will involve creating work wear/outdoor wear. Could range from jackets to footwear or bags.
I’ve hit up all the typical fabric stores in the area but am more interested in getting my hands on some more heavy duty/technical materials that JoAnns and such don’t carry.
Any help would be appreciated!
