We vastly improved it together from the initial sketch along the way I think. I particularly like the white version which is supposed to be for boats but it would look pretty cool in the right car. The final product was launched last week at CES. The Polk MM1.

Very cool!

Here's a stainless steel teppanyaki plate with heat-stamped pine package that I worked on, intended for gas cookers. They're made in low volumes and are hand welded + polished. I just wish I had a photo with food being cooked on it!

Another product makes it out in to the wild :).

Loved working on this, every time you get an answer wrong you get an ink stamp on your head. The aim of the game? Not to be the looser with 5 stamps on your head! Lots of fun watching one way glass gameplay testing on this one!! (Adult card content!!)

Generator is happy to see an entrepreneurial client making progress with a product we recently designed! This product is an emergency water delivery system. It gets installed into a home or business water supply (similar to the installation of a water softener system) and then monitors the supply of water and the host electric service. It's designed and built to be as simple and straightforward as possible - the goal is that the home or business owner would never even know it was there and would never need to worry about maintaining it.

Since receiving their first production volumes we've been watching them start to spread across the US with a limited number of installations - very cool to see them building a wider audience and customer base!

Development was lengthy, lots of component & pressure testing. Here's a project page with some info on a 2017 Innovation Recognition Award from AIDF that is giving our client some global exposure. http://www.generatewhatsnext.com/cw-757285.html

Scott,

Is this product supposed to kick in when say a home or business loses power to a well system powered by electricity? I guess I am confused as to when the emergency happens?

International Pixar is heading to Edmonton as I type. Opening day is July 1st.

Hope this makes it easy for you to see it.

Yes, the inventor's original intent was for well-water supplied homes/businesses to have continued, pressurized water in the event of a power outage and/or a well pump failure. The system sits in automatic mode, so in the event of a power outage the system automatically responds, pressurizes a bladder inside the tank and provides up to 40 gallons of on-demand water as though the power outage didn't occur. If the well pump fails (no power outage detected) then the user can put the system in override mode to act as though there's no power, providing water until a new well pump can be installed.

We identified uses beyond the original scope for the inventor to pursue in parallel with his target consumers - For instance, because the system acts as a mini-water tower, providing clean, pressurized water on demand, it's getting interest from businesses that require X amount of water-per-resident (assisted living facilities, hospitals, jails, etc). We encouraged the inventor to pursue new home builders, since the cost of a system like this is nothing baked into a new home's mortgage and installation is easy and can be optimized. Lastly, we think a mobile, refillable version of this system, with a solar trickle charger for the battery, could be depolyed to help with interrupted power supplies due to natural disaster.

We recently developed several fun cookie cutter designs together with the Silicandy brand.
These have been quickly selling out on Amazon and several webstores.
The goal is to make the kitchen a room for the entire family to experiment and have fun.

Here is a Robots & Aliens inspired theme:

My company developed the design for this 2m diameter all-carbon drone for UAV America. These are sold to professionals like farmers and filmmakers. The drone has very advanced navigation systems, is weatherproof. The shape was defined by several form studies and optimized for aerodynamics together with the UAV America engineering team.

I love the teppanyaki kitchen top by the way, I wonder if you involved customers in the color choice or if you made that bold move to slap on a Toxic green yourself. Or is it referring to sulphur?
