what material is this...

from what material is that suspension cable ( that wire cable that is holding lamp shade attached to the structure) made.
I saw it on most "modern" suspension lights including those "low tension system" lights.

I'm nonot IDer as you can guess..so keep your gun to your belt

Most cables that are of the non-current carrying type are made from stranded stainless steel aircraft cable or similiar material. Because the electrialc cable is for Europe, its probably a harmonzied (HO-) rubber type. Looks like about a 1,5mm from the pic.
