Does anyone know how much of Aluminum (5052) is recyclable (rough percentage)?
And the effect an automotive paint or powdercoating has on its recyclability…

i would venture to say that 100% of 5052 is recyclable. the powder coating will vaporize, and be extracted, at a far lower temperature than aluminum melts at.
and ditto the invitation to bugger off spammergirl… what you don’t seem understand is that designers provide the same service that you claim to.
and learning how is the reason for the existence of this website.
