Having trouble finding an aluminum manufacturer

Hi guys,

I currently need to get 250 of these produced, and have been contacting EVERYONE on Thomasnet and Alibaba with no success. Can anyone give any tips on how to get these made? There is another part, but only allowed 3 attachments.

Any local machine shop should be able to make them. It’s not gonna be cheap though.
