Help finding material supplier- Nytex (snowshoe decking mtl)

I want to find someone that supplies a material that Atlas snowshoes uses for their decking.

The material is an encapsulated (rubber or elastomer) over a tough fabric. Atlas calls is Nytex (with a rights reserved after it).

Any ideas? Even if it isn’t the exact same material or supplier but has the same properties I’d be interested.

Looks to me like it could be a vinyl coated nylon. It is used in a lot of outdoor equipment. One example is dry bags.
