About the Instructors
Jacquelyn Ottman, green marketing expert, author of Green Marketing: Opportunity for Innovation and creator of Design:Green, the IDSA endorsed eco-design workshop. She was named one of the 25 Environmental Champions of the Year by Interiors and Sources magazine.

David Bergman, award winning architect, and designer of lighting fixtures, as well as LEED certified professional and instructor at Parsons. David‚s designs have been acclaimed by The New York Times, Metropolis, ID, Wallpaper*, and Architectural Record. He is currently developing “o2|e2: Ecodesign for Economic Growth” an exhibit and conference to promote the ecodesign sector in New York City.

This highly interactive workshop developed by J. Ottman Consulting under an EPA Innovation Grant, will spotlight strategies for using eco-design to trigger highly profitable new designs, concepts and business models. Explore insights into customer needs and learn how to conceive, market and sell your eco-designs to retail consumers and business-to-business customers. Best of all, roll up your sleeves and work with other participants on a real world case problem. All participants will receive a detailed handout and eco design resource guide.
