I’m looking for an ecologically minded angel investor to help me in my business venture. I invented a remarkable (and reversible) engine that should have much higher efficiency than anything we use conventionally, but I need capital to build a working prototype. (By reversible, I mean that if you rotate the crank shaft, it creates a temperature difference; it’s not only an engine, it could also serve as a heat pump, and could be used for refrigeration, air conditioning, etc.) Does anyone here know any ecologically minded angel investors who could help me out? Where would I look for such people?
I’m not looking for venture capital in the conventional sense; I need an ecologically minded angel investor. Venture capitalists tend to exchange access to capital for control over the company, and at the stage that I’m at, I’m not interested in that.
