Yes, I would agree that subjectivity is more characteristic of the front end and that objectivity becomes more important later on.

How do we deal with clients who want objective data up front? We can provide this kind of data but it is very expensive to work this way at the front end. They may change their minds when the costs are understood.

We would need to do a pilot study first to explore the domain of interest and then follow with a more quantitative approach.[/i]
